Can anyone tell me how many points are required for each of the provinces under employment stream?

If they are using points system at all, they almost certainly are using their own home-made points systems so it would not make any sense to compare numbers. I can only suggest you go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-who.asp and familiarize yourself with each program yourself.
You normally need a job offer for employment stream PNP.
