Points for Job Offers inquiry

Hey Guys, I hope my inquiry does not waste your time. My Inquiry is I will like to apply under the federal skilled workers criteria and under 1112 Financial and investment analysts when i am eligible but my question is if i got a job offer which would not usually come under jobs for Financial and investment analysts example a clerk in a bank or work as an accountant, will my application for immigration still be eligible or will i not get points for that kind of job offer? Basically i am just asking if a job offer has to come under the eligible occupations and will i get any points if its not under the eligible occupations?
