Points for Job offer??

Hello friends,
I have a job offer from Canada but not LMIA. ??? ???
Without job offer I ma getting 480 points. So, will I get some extra points for the Job offer or LMIA is required?
And what I have to do for the LMIA?

An LMIA is mandatory if you want points for a job offer. You will get zero points without an LMIA.

You can't obtain an LMIA yourself. This is something your employer has to do.
