I need your suggestions.Actually, in upcoming draw, definitely, I would get ITA. Every documet is ready, I am just worrying about PROOF OF FUNDS and have some queries as listed below.

1. There is home loan that was borrowed just 3 months ago. Would this affect ?

2.what if i show car sale papers.?

3. 2 years back , I lent money to someone( transferred in his account)would it be right if the person deposit back it into my account.

Please get a simple bank letter(signed/stamped n on the bank letter head) which should be dated close to the time you are submitting your application, it should show your account number and your total balance in your account.
They case officer needs to see liquidated cash in your account, nothing else....
if you are comfortable, you can also include your last 6 months bank statement.

1) dont mention any loans.
2) you can show the sale papers
3) if there is a large amount transfer you can show the transaction.
