POF - Gift Deed Question

Dears,

My brother is going to gift me a certain amount. I will get a notarized gift deed for this.

My question is, should i provide anything from my brother's account ? As in to prove that in fact it his his account that sent the amount ?

Such as a transaction log from his bank account or anything ? Or does the official notarized gift deed suffice?

You will have to provide the receipt of the transaction from he's account to yours.

You do NOT have to provide his bank statement.

Thanks! Yes of course i will not get his bank statement
So i'll get the receipt of the transaction from his account (sender) and mine (receiver) since this was an online transfer, and attach it with the notarized gift deed letter. Cheers!

No, I don't know of any sure case. But I'm 99.9% sure it would be accepted.
