Guys I have a question on behalf of a friend regarding POF. He is only attaching bank letter with closing balance (Around 22K) and average 6 month balance (Around 16K). His parents gave him a gift deed of around $7K recently. He is not attaching monthly statements since they are not required. Should he attach the gift deed (because there is a big difference b/w the avg and closing balance) or no need to add the gift (since the avg balance itself is more than the required funds)? Please provide input
