POF confusion! Please seniors help

Hello,

We have received ITA and we had deposited money in our account before the ITA.
We got 10,000 usd from my husband’s parents and 15,000 usd I got bonus from my organisation. But all of these transactions took place in the last 6 months.

Now my question is that do we need to get gift deed and letter from my company for evidence of these funds?

Yes, advisable to have that to establish genuineness of the funds.. not mandatory though
