let me explain...two months back i started accumulating fund for my pof (6L INR from property selling of mine and another 6 L as gift from my father)...so no other transactions and there is 12L in my account as POF...unfortunately yesterday..i took a gold loan and that amount credited to this pof account (two transactions of 1 and 1.6L)...after Realizing this credit, i immediately transferred this excess money to my another account. But in the statement, bank is not hinting anything related to loan and this amount i don't need for POF,because even before this credit i had the required fund...
My question is that should i explain about this credit to CIC?
