Hi everyone;
Insha Allah i am flying to Canada soon. My destination is Montreal, Quebec but first i would be spending few days in Toronto at my uncle's house. Just want to ask what are the things IO ask at POE, so that i will keep those things in my hand carry.
Thank you

Congrats! According to me, they'll need to see your passport, letter of acceptance from the university/college, documents showing you have enough money to sustain yourself in Canada for at least a year without working, how much cash are you carrying with you, and yes they'll need to see your study permit. That's about it.

Thanks dear, cheers :D

How is it possible for them to see your SP at POE (first time show up)? You will get SP at POE after you show your letter of introduction & PP (with TRV).

If you have strong reason and can explain to the officer then there's no problem. Otherwise, you should be in Canada 4 weeks prior to the beginning of your session. There's no problem going in advance there but they MIGHT get suspicious that you'll indulge in some illegal activity/ start working before beginning your studies. By the way, it's my birthday on 13 July. lol.

Well i have my uncle there, and i want to spend some time with them.
Happy Birthday in advance :-)

Hey guys! My first LOA was for May intake. Now i have got updated LOA from university but in softcopy. If i print my updated LOA will it create any doubt at POE.
