As an international applicant with no experience nor education in Canada, am I qualified for any of these?
Having gone through the links, my understanding is that a PNP nomination requires a job offer from an employer based in these provinces or at best, my application "may" get selected by the provinces through my EE profile if they find it relevant to their needs.
So what I'm wondering is, are there any PNP nominations that I could apply for myself or do I just have to wait and hope that I get nominated?

As of right now - no. However, within next 2-3 months all of them most likely will be open. The only things I suggest is to focus on 1 of the programms, prepare the docs, and be ready for the intake - because places run out quickly.
This might not answer your question about the quota but...
Try 'PEI PNP Express Entry Stream'. detail in this link >> gov.pe.ca/immigration/index.php3?number=1052516&lang=E
(Please add 'www' at the beginning of the link. I'm not allowed to post the link in the forum.)
If you have already created an Express Entry Profile and are interested in living and working in Prince Edward Island, please complete the Expression of Interest form and email it to expressentry@gov.pe.ca.
The office is quite active. I received response in 15 days. If the province is interested in your profile, you'll be invited to submit a formal application.
