Applying for PNP like SINP stream International skilled worker employment offer stream. Do we need LMIA to apply for this stream? Or we can apply to SINP for nomination if an employer is willing to give a job offer?

Employer job offer need not be LMIA. But they need to provide a valid offer letter satisfying the requirements as per Sask.

You are Inland or outland? Generally SINP doesn't verify Job letter for outlanders.
