PNP work skill job offer question please

I'am newbie there, I know.
As I know a job offer have 50 point for express entry but my score is not enough to go with express entry.
In other hand I can apply for a PNP Work Skill program (for example BC PNP Work Skill) with a job offer, Isn't it?

I have no visa and i can not come over Canada, is it possible to get a job offer from my country (Iran) from a company like Amazon?

My Plan is getting a job offer from a big company and immigrate to Canada with a PNP Work Skill program, Is it feasible ? Am I in right direction?
