pnp vs workpermit

hi ppl
im finishing my studies this december.
i am eligible for ontario provincial program PR and also for 3 yr work permit.
i am confused whether should i apply for pnp or work permit..if i get apply for pnp n i get a job in BC what are the options available for me to obtain PR.
pls help me in choosing between pnp n workpermit.

If you want to get a job in BC or some other province, you need the work permit so you should definitely apply for it.

Whichever province you end up in, you can check if you are eligible under PNP there and if not, as long as you have a skilled job, you just have to work full time for a year and then you can apply for PR under CEC.

my friend is having an open work permit (ontario),for 2 years time, does his work permit leads to PR eventually?
As he is also convincing me to come on open work permit and then we both go for PR after sometime.
Can anybody please help me in making my decision.

No work permit automatically leads to a PR. Your friend must find an immigration class he qualifies for and apply for PR if he wants it.
