Hi Everyone,

My COPR (Ontario PNP applicant) is valid till Sept 2020 and planning to do soft landing in mid of September and stay there for 1/2 weeks and complete SIN and other process.

My Query is:

1. I am planning to take vacation from my current Indian employer for couple of weeks and apply PR, back to India. Within how many days/months, we need to go back to Canada to avoid any misrepresentation or any legal issues as not staying Canada - Ontario Province.
