I do have many questions regarding OINP and PNP in general.

A bit about myself: My CRS is 400+ but not competitive enough for regular EE/ITA draw, and I only have 1.5 yr of continuous experience. I believe PNP path will help me a lot. Yet, I am not quite sure if PNP is something I can rely on 100%.

For the Ontario Human Capital Priorities Stream (OHCP)

- Do EE applicants receive the "Notification of Interest" instantly as soon as they enter EE pool and meet OHCP requirements?

- How competitive is the process of selecting candidates?

-***** How much time it takes from sending the notification of interest TO actually having the + 600 points reflected in EE profile?

- Is there a reason my OINP application could be rejected given that I have satisfied all OHCP requirements?

- I am aware that there's additional $1500 fees after accepting the nomination but does it worth the scarification?

- **What are other PNP streams that don't require job offer?

Your answers will help me a lot!!! Please share your thoughts.

Thank you
