Hello everyone,

I have a query to ask: Is it possible/allowed that if someone comes to Canada with family on a PNP program and wants his family to live in some other province (where he has other relatives) but the principal applicant will be staying in the same province for which nominated?

No its not possible.
Thats why cic ask for schedule 4 form to sign by applicant.
Schedule 4 form is a declaration that applicant and his all dependants will be live in the province from where he got nomination.
Its written on the form that applicant and depandents will be ready to live only in particular province

I will have to disagree with that. Firstly the declaration is only for PA and secondly if you are a PR, constiutionally you are free to stay/go anywhere in canada.

Well now I am more confuse :-/

I tried to find the official statements from CIC about this but didn't succeed. Does anyone has some kind of reference i.e. some link to CIC website which is addressing this?

Please check and read schedule 4 form.
This form is only for pnp guys.
If after PR , free to move anywhere
Then whats the meaning of pnp.
There is no official info regarding this but after landing immigration authorties will surely help applicants with this matter.
