PNP program and 67 points

Does someone still need to have the 67 points to apply for the PR if going through the PNP route? Or, is 67 points requirement is only for the FSWP router? I am referring to the 67 points from https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...election-factors-federal-skilled-workers.html.

Not strictly, but to be eligible for any Express Entry-linked PNP streams you need to already be eligible for at least one Express Entry program such as the FSWP.

I am also applying EEBC PNP via express entry

I don't have ECA but I am eligible for CEC program

The problem i don't have 67 points out of 100 in express entry someone told me 67 points is basic requirement for being eligible in express entry

The 67 points is only to be eligible for the FSW program, not the CEC program.
