Got the golden email yesterday (Passport request) 28th Oct 2016.
But I cant find my passport, looked everywhere but couldn't find it.
Please help me out, what should I do now

You can report it to CIC in case if you still can't find it. However, this would mean getting a new passport, then update CIC with your passport copy. CIC will put on hold on your case till they process your new passport (meaning there would be some delay in your next PPR)

spoke to my local MP office again, they inquired update about my file and the response was: the file was turned to "non-routine" and they can't say anything on how long more it's going to take. They said the file again in Ottawa passing additional verification. What's going on, who would know. I got Ottawa office fax number from IRCC and sent them inquiry again questioning how long more it's going to take. If somebody interested : +1(613)992-9981 Ottawa FAX for Inquires.

Yes I have, but I didn't find anything in notes related to delay.
