Congrats, I got mine today as well. there is no PDF in the email. it just says the following and some general information about proccessing time, linking application ect. but that is the AOR email right?

Mine clearly states UCI and Application no. I believe you got same email. Yes there is no PDF. I was able to link my paper application to Online account after AOR. Thats your AOR email.
CIC returned my June delivered Paper application sent back on Sept. 16 due to IELTS expired, then I paid Processing fees $1400, which have not returned yet. Now I have done IELTS again and preparing to send my Application to Sydney. Will I have to pay processing fees again? What about my previous paid fees. I have sent many reminders to cic but neither they reply nor refund amount. Can I adjust that ee for this re -send application?

There have been a few cases where IELTS expired just after their application was received. Alot of the applications were returned. I would suggest you redo IELTS in case its returned so you can re submit right away. I have noticed if you get AOR and then IELTS expires then its fine.
I was on Implied status when i applied for permanent residency under provincial nominee program.I had applied for my work permit and valid visa which i mentioned in a letter with my PR application.I stated that i will send updated work permit and visa once i receive them.I called CIC Yesterday and told them that i have my all updated documents ready and ask them that where can i send those documents.They told me that i should wait for File number then i can send them.I asked them if CIC wont cancel my application because of this, they told no ,cic wont cancel it but they will ask for those documents later.
