I m pnp pr 30 march 2015 applicant
I have done my medical on 20 july 2016
I got PPR on 5 August 2016 that time my ecas was in process.
I sent my passport to rome visa office on 8 August and they received on 9 August.
Ecas updated medical received and decision made on 27 August 2016.
But i m still waiting for Passport return from visa office.
According to you guys is it normal PPR before decision made o matter of worry?????

as i see it. PR Visa has already been granted to you. I havent heard any story about IRCC requesting passport and then would say not approved for PR. IRCC would sometimes be late in updating ECAS. and I think there is nothing to worry about.
What you need to do, I guess, is to make a follow up with IRCC through their call center. An agent would most likely give you details on where your passport is.
as for me, it wont be for this month. i still am waiting for emedical to be submitted in a week. might be oct or november for me before updates will be given.
One of my friend apply for Ontario paper based PR. He got medical call today but he did not receive any medical email for his wife? Did any one faced the same issue ? Why is that his wife did not get the medical even through they applied together?

its not every single forum but only the ones i felt relevant (i only posted on three of them)..... looks like u r not in peace with urself because u r the only one who responded with a negative answer... i know you are frustrated that u did not get PPR...dont worry u will get it soon... all the best...
when you said applied together, did you mean applied at the same time with separate documents? cause if it is how i understood your question, most likely they are accessed separately by different immigration officer.
hi!I have contact with the MP here, the last time I talk to her was when I got my son's re medical, it was in July, since then I havent spoke to her coz I know they have a protocol that they have to wait 3 months to call cic again :'(
