If they dint accept your church marriage certificate, then they would have sent your file back by post, please check with them.

I have received AOR and still they returned my file, because i dint have Government Birth Certificate (1970 Year Born and their were no Government issued at that time) so i submitted my Baptism Certs as replacement, but the request letter was to submit Affidavit instead.

I have re-applied in June 2017 and received AOR in August 2017

I am not trying to scare you bro, but is is a fact.

Same thing happened to my friend. He didn’t submit either birth certificate or secondary school certificate. CIC returned his application after 4-months and asked to submit affidavit why birth certificate was not registered when he was born.

Looks like many people are getting the same update, April 03 2017 AOR.
I'm waiting for my MR too, but my background check has change to in progress from NA as well today.
Hope this is good news.

How long did it take to know MR was sent wrong?
Did they send you message Immediately? or did they tell you it was wrong in a few days?

I called the CIC to confirm as I have my doubt receiving MR so soon, and the agent confirmed it was sent by mistake.
