My pnp nonmination was not issue under the express entry stream so i cannot use it under express entry. I applied for PR with paper based with the nonmination.

The paper based application is taking too long so i dont know if i can create an express entry profile without the nonmination and qualify under CEC, FSW and FST and also submit an application too.

Will really appreciate any positive feedback.
