PNP - Outland at Ottawa VO

I apologize for venting!

Is there anyone else who is PNP-Outland who has their file at Ottawa VO? Seems like Ottawa has put on hold all the PNP applications. Its been weeks since any PPR news came from a PNP-O/I applicant from Ottawa.

Anyone knows anything about when they would start making progress with PNP applications?
