My crs score is low 389 ,I am already in EE pool but still didn't apply for PNP .I am an undergraduate with 2 years of experience as software tester. I am not quite sure if I can receive nomination through PNP. So can i apply for both PNP and for MS in canada just to be on safe side. Or will that leads to refusal of study permit. Please suggest
