Let's say my score based on the express entry calculator is below 400 ( only 346). Even with the job offer, there is no way I could increase this to more than 400 unless through PNP. I am originally interested in staying in BC. But even getting the job offer through PNP is difficult in BC.
So I saw a list of PNP without job offer. And they even have the one in ontario. So How does this work? Can anyone with score below 400 share their experiences whether u guys have received the notice of interest? and have u guys paid 1500 fee and successfully added point to your express entry?
