Dear Experts, I'm in need of your advise. I've my express entry profile (NOC-2171 - Information System and consultant) and currently my over all score is 306.

I work in USA and my organisation is ready to provide intra transfer to Toronto-Canada as a NOC-A type (Computer System Consultant - Managerial). Is that I can apply for the PNP Ontario Express Entry Immigration 2018 (OINP) under Employer Job Offer Category: in Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream and will they approve? (My office branch is in Ontario).

Is that will help me to get the required work permit and PR eligibility?
