PNP- NON ACCOMPANYING TO ACCOMPANYING

Good Day,

I need your help please, I applied for provincial nominee program and I'm on my process now for my permanent residence. We are all done for our medical but I just found out that I declared all my dependents NON ACCOMPANYING, how could I change this to ACCOMPANYING? do it will affect my application for PR?
Who do I need to call?do i need to send an explanation letter with notarize?please help me.

hi did you get through?? im in a similar situation as well
