PNP master stream issue

Hey,
I don’t know if any have the same issue as me for complete the master stream application. So I have already get registered on Sep 29,2020 and received the confirmation email with the file number, but there is no way to finish the application. After I access the e filing portal, it shows up like the same page when we register and the master stream is grey, so I don’t know what to do now, I have already stuck for two days.

Log in then click on home, there you will see your file number click on it and start filling the application.
