PNP for BC confusion with category to select

How do I know if PNP for BC is still open or not.

If its open what category should I opt for
1. Express Entry BC – Skilled Worker (I have an express entry profile in the pool at present)
2. Skills Immigration – Skilled Worker
3. Skills Immigration – International Graduate (I'm graduated from India)

Please help, Thanks in advance.

I would imagine the BC PNP website would indicate if it were open or not...

BC PNP also requires a job offer for NOC 0/A/B job. Without that you are not eligible to apply to any category.
