Is there anyone here who applied for the Federal application without IELTS certificate after being PNP nominated?
On speaking to three different CIC agents, I have three different information. The website guidance note says it is mandatory for NOC C and D jobs,but I have the below information from CIC agents.
CIC agent 1: It is required for skilled level jobs to have IELTS certificate but is excluded for NOC C and D.
CIC agent 2: IELTS do not expire so can be submitted anytime.
CIC agent 3: All jobs require a valid IELTS certificate
