hello guys
i am currently standing at 65 points which clearly means i am not eligible for express entry.
and for PNP nomination linked with Express Entry, one has to eligible for Express Entry as well.
so again i can't go with PNP Express entry. Right?

But .. then there is PNP non-Express Entry scheme(paper based i guess)
can i apply for it, how and which provinces offer this scheme? name them please

how is Non Exp Entry Sch different from Express entry , is it the processing time of the two..?
and i guess both get u PR

guide me please. i will be very thankful.... i have experience in Finance , and Bach Degree.
