I have my PR under process in BCPNP stream and I am working as a full-time in BC. Recently I had to change my employer due to risk of loosing employment. My new job is LMIA approved, full-time and closed work permit and matches all factors on basis PNP certificate was issued.
I followed BCPNP instructions and informed them about the change of employment. In response PNP is asking for further documents- corp certificate, municipal lic, employer declaration. My new employer refused to provide required support until I complete one year tenure with them.
