pnp chances of invitation.

Hi.
I am currently working in Edmonton and have a score of 350.I am looking to enter into the express entry pool and hope that a province will select me.

My Questions.
1.Do chances of pnp nomination improve if you re already in canada.?
2.What are the chances that I may be selected by a province with such a low score If there is which province should I select to have interest in?
3.Should I enter into the EE pool or just wait and raise my points.?
