PNP BC paper application. How long did you all wait for passport request after medical?

I didnt provide any police certificates when applying for work permit renewal. CIC has asked me for a new police certificate since, with regards to my PR application. I am sure the others are due to expire soon too, but I am not worried. As long as my IELTS test does not expire haha I think its valid until December this year, I will definitely get the answer by then.

I am about to apply for PR, so should I write a letter of explanation or wait for them to ask for it?

but now my UAE PCC has expired as it's valid for only 3 months and UAE police is only willing to email me my new PCC.

I dont quite understand this part. So it is already expired? or each certificate is only valid for 3 months?

When I originally applied for my very first work permit, (before I started my PR application) I gave them all certificates, except the US, FBI one, which takes 3 months due to a massive backlog. They granted me 3 month extension. I got it 4 days before the deadline, and received my work permit couple of days later

I have no idea how lenient they are with missing police certificates on PR applications. I suggest you start a brand new post about it. Good luck! Let me know how it goes.
