I was wondering if you may kindly advise with my query...
I have been invited to apply for province nomination however I am currently employed via work permit.
My employer used a recruitment agency to find an employee, however no success and shortly after I was recommended through social media, interviewed and was offered the position.
For the employer section to show that the advertisement requirements have been met - would the recruitment agency qualify? Or how does my employer now qualify if I am already working.
Your advice would be much appreciated!
