Thank you for your help and I still have a question on this issue.
1, If I am overseas, can I sent my passport to the processing office and ask the officer to "stamp" me visa?
or can I ask my friend bring my passport to processing office to "stamp" visa?
2, When my wife and I are overseas, should both of us go back to processing office to "stamp" visa or just I go back to "stamp" two visas?
