Honestly speaking there are many reasons for them to show Study Mismatch as a reason (read: excuse) for rejecting the VISA. Through your academic record, I can say its fine but second division in BE Elec Engineer might have been a problem. And only embassy knows what goes through their mind that they reject visa based on study mismatch. As far as course is concerned, only someone who has done Elec eng and went for some certificate course in Canada can help you. Its very difficult to find an exactly matching course, but as you are a graduate, if you chose a course that matches (according to the people at embassy and not me or you) your previous studies and one that is PG you can get a VISA.
None of my reply will help you find a course and mostly no one here could help you with that. You will find most of such questions going unanswered on this forum as its difficult to answer. So you yourself should do some more homework and find out which one would be most suitable keeping in mind your previous studies.
Don't be discouraged, just try again with some more suitable course.
thnks..I go through most of college programs.. and none of PG Program related to Elect Engg..
However , I feel that Applyin for Diploma Studies will not work,, as i Already had degree in the same field..
So now willing to go ti Project Managemet (PG) Whether that will be fine?
And it is Waitlisted in humber.. Will they prvide me the LOA If i already had paid Fees..?
They might, but it would be conditional as the program stands under wait list. But project management is again a management program.
dv you have a graduate degree in elec field, if you apply for PG in elec (or related) course it should be fine. Its a problem when you have Mtech degree in elec and you apply for Pg certificate in elec. It happens frequently with MBA students. Not sure how often does Btech students face this.

u r right... its managment prog. but I didnt find any PG related to electrical.... courses are related to electronix or computer.. and m too late for this intake as all the courses are closed..
its last chance for me to apply.. then i m giving up..
Your previous course was at Humber only? If yes you can transfer to the new course and get offer letter for that. You can give it a try mate. Or wait for May intake and you will have wider choice of courses available for that and apply early.
