plz plz help me.. urgent!!

I had completed my bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from India. Now i want to study any post graduation courses related to electrical engineering in canada.
I have 65% marks and 9 backlogs in my engineering degree.
There is no break in my 10+2+4 education pattern..
in secondary level i have 93% marks.
in post secondary level( plus two) i have 77% marks.
6 month work experience as electrical design engineer..
ielts score is 7 overall
So am i eligible to get the canadian student visa( SPP)..?? is that 9 backlogs will be a problem????

nobody can prevent you bro BUT U SHOLD GO FOR MASTER DEGREE no problem for backlogs because 7 bands cover it

i dont think backlogs will be a problem... but obviously if you apply to universities you would have a better idea..

so... university's are having more care about backlogs than college's..right???. actually am more afraid of getting visa from canada high commission than a offer letter from an institution becoz of 9 backlogs....

Most universities won't admit you due to large number of backlogs, unless you have significant work experience in reputed MNCs.

Even the popular colleges, especially in Toronto which get a large volume of applications won't accept you.

Visa is anyway dicey. For some people backlogs make no difference, for others they do. It's all how the VO evaluates your profile I guess
