The background check can take several months to complete. Unfortunately there's really nothing you can do but wait.

As far as I know, background checks are not done overnight. So, do not worry, unless if you have reasons to. Just out of curiosity, were is your visa office?

if you are from Pakistan like me then wait wait and wait , because visa officers are too much lazy guys, I am also facing that situation . Just pray for your success . All the best . Naveed
