I sponsored by my wife in Canada. Got PR on March 2011. Last year october I got to know that my wife has a relation with another guy. After that we are like separated. She moved to her boyfriend place 5 months before. So in this case if I apply for divorce aginst my sponsor in auldtery situation then is that will affect my PR status?? Plz help. I'm very confused.

No, this will not affect your PR status. The Canadian government is talking about bringing in a conditional two year waiting period for new PRs, but it hasn't happened yet (if it ever does). Your wife is still financially responsible for you for the three years in the sponsorship agreement, even if you are separated or divorced, but this does not change the fact that you are a PR.
