if i am doing a global management course from humber college which is for 16 months with 4 semesters of 4 month each then will i get a 3 years pgwp??

Hey,
According to CIC policy; Work-permit issued is of same length as your studies, for example if your degree/diploma is of one year, you will get work-permit of 1 year, however if your study is equal to or greater than 2 years, only then you are eligible for 3 years work permit.
In your case, you will get work-permit of 16 months.
