Hello...my friend got refused from usa student visa. ..now he want to apply for canada student visa....is his previous US refusal will become hurdel for him to get Canada visa...? :(
 
there is no reason for him to get refusal from Canada... just make sure to put that refusal on the application (there is an specific section for this) and meet all the requirements....

The most important is to show proof of financial support and also strong home ties...
