Hello,
Just wanted to ask is it important to notify CIC that i changed my institution as i still didnt start my university and i got my student visa with letter of acceptance from a university in Ontario but now i get admission in a college in Toronto which will start in coming fall semester, so i can start in the college in Toronto without notifying CIC or i must notify them?
If i notified them what are the process they go through will i have to apply for a student visa with the letter of acceptance of the college in Toronto?
