First of all u need to impove your english as u need to score 6+ and it will take time for preperation and exam etc. meanwhile, go through the immigration pack/site faisal mentioned here, if you have questions ask on this form, seniors are very helpfull they will guide you, take care

Take a self assesment and eligibility test at following link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp and start the process if you qualify
