hi
I am a 32 years old Iranian man, I'm going to apply for a CAQ and study permit I want to know how much is my chance to be accepted, here are some of my doc's :
-I have a bachelor in metallurgy
- IELTS 6.5
-letter of acceptance from AVIRON college in welding and fitting ( this is a vocational school )
-I have an aunt living in Montreal for 40 years with good criminal and financial background and she will also give me her bank statements and affidavit
-I'm going to live in my aunt house at the time of study and she will also support my financial things
-I own a house in Iran that I want to show that I have ties in the home country
-I have worked for 10 years after my graduation
-I have attended some trade schools courses in my home country
-I also have invented something and have an accepted patent that is common with my bachelor and trade schools that I have attended
-I also have a good bank balance for my tuition
You have a bachelors in metallurgy, have a patent to your name, have attended university and trade schools, and now you're going to a vocational school to do a course in welding and fitting? That doesn't make sense. It looks like you're trying to immigrate to Canada instead of coming to study here. In my opinion your study permit may be denied.
Don't you qualify for Express Entry? Are you trying to immigrate?

my invention is common with my last trade school and I explain it in my explanation letter that this course really helps me to know about welding and it lets me combine my knowledge in corrosion and welding together. my main plan is not immigration but I will not deny it in future and I'm going to the vocational school for a DVS diploma not just a course i think i explain it in a bad way in my question
