what is the fee structure for above mentioned universities

my intention is to do Meng and get a job related to my electrical field and to apply for PR.....how were the electrical jobs in canada

Try for western ontario, alberta and UBC.

Don't go for concordia college of alberta or fdu.

Rest of them are good to go + Concordia University (Quebec) + you can try UBC and UAlberta as aman said.
 
i'm having one backlog that too cleared is that going to be a problem to apply for these universities

Each university has different rules. However, you can complete your masters in 1-2 years.
