If you CC or DD has been charged, then don't worry if every thing goes fine, you will received PER. Did you check your email? you might already have received it!

my agent has applied and last week when i asked him he told that still no reply .....any idea how long it will take to get PER after payment is charged

Well, normally it takes 7-14 days and sometimes more than a month to receive PER. I have seen cases where people are receiving PER after a month or even more so don't loose hope. Keep asking your agent.
