Dear Frinends

A unique problem which i am facing as i have received the request for passport , but later informed by my consultant that my wife passport donot hold the surname. but when i received the medical request from canada , the name was split into two parts one as surname and other as first name.

My Consultant infom me that the visa will not be issused unless i made a correction in the passport .

PLZ advice what can i do ?

Yes you need to correct your wife's passport

will canada will extended time for me ? she has to be in person , is this is a name change / or endorsement what it is called ? plz some one know about this ?

how much time you got for submitting PP and what is your visa office?

you can write an explanation letter to CHC and ask for more time

A letter to CHC will do it. They will give you more time to correct your wife's name in her passport.
