i applied for my permanent residency and alos applied for my bowp... and my wp will expire in july 1st... if for example my bowp was not approved is that the end of my stay here... i mean is there any other way for me to stay and hopefully found a new employer..pls anyone thank you in advance..

if your bridging permit is denied that means your PR application was incomplete and didnt pass R10 completeness check, thats the only reason to fail to get BOWP unless u didnt attach AOR in your application, but if its rejected for some other reason your PR application should continue processing as its separate
if WP is denied you will get 90 days to stay in canada and restore status as a worker (by getting LMIA from an employer) or visitor (by applying for visitor visa)
i believe this is what would happen
anyway hopefully you get your BOWP, i am waiting for my BOWP as well

hi thank you...so it means if my bowp was denied i have to apply a visitor visa right away? and the waiting time for that is 90 days right? i hope it will work out alright for our bowp application...this waiting game is really frustrating...thank you for your response..
