Apply for jobs on Canadian sites and get a job offer. In the meantime get your ECA and IELTS completed which are mandatory. Then with a job offer and all documents you apply for the HCCP program. If for a child caregiver, the program only opens up once a year on January 1 and is filled within a few days. Then processing is about 3 years. Good luck.
